Our goal is to provide affordable and effective advertising solutions across our radio stations, digital platforms, mobile applications, social media channels, live events, podcasts, and streaming networks.

By purchasing advertising services, participating in a promotional campaign, enrolling in a trial program, or utilizing any marketing services offered by iGlobal Media Group LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.

As part of our commitment to support businesses and entrepreneurs, iGlobal Radio may periodically offer complimentary, introductory, or trial advertising opportunities.

These promotional trial campaigns are designed to allow prospective clients to experience our advertising services before enrolling in a full-service advertising package.

Trial offers may include:

• Radio Advertising
• Website Advertising
• Social Media Promotions
• Business Directory Listings
• Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Streaming Advertisements
• Sponsored Content
• Promotional Announcements

Participation in any trial program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Customers are solely responsible for monitoring the expiration date of any trial advertising program.

If a customer wishes to discontinue advertising services at the conclusion of the trial period, the customer must notify iGlobal Radio before the trial expiration date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or through an approved customer service communication channel.

A cancellation request is not considered effective until it has been received and acknowledged by iGlobal Radio.

To ensure uninterrupted marketing exposure, advertising services may continue automatically after the expiration of a trial period.

By participating in a trial advertising program, the customer expressly authorizes iGlobal Radio to continue advertising services under the advertising package selected during enrollment unless canceled before the trial expiration date.

If the customer fails to cancel before the trial period ends, the customer agrees to:

• Continue receiving advertising services.
• Accept responsibility for all associated fees.
• Pay all invoices generated under the selected advertising package.
• Comply with all advertising service terms and conditions.

Failure to use, monitor, or respond to advertising services does not relieve the customer of financial responsibility.

Advertising rates are determined by the selected package, campaign duration, media placement, and promotional requirements.

All fees become earned when advertising services are scheduled, produced, launched, published, broadcast, or otherwise activated.

Advertising inventory, airtime, production resources, and promotional placements are reserved specifically for each client.

All advertising purchases are final.

Payments made to iGlobal Media Group LLC are non-refundable once services have been initiated, scheduled, published, broadcast, distributed, or placed into production.

This policy applies to:

• Trial Programs Converted to Paid Services
• Radio Advertising Campaigns
• Digital Advertising Campaigns
• Website Advertising
• Mobile App Advertising
• Podcast Advertising
• Sponsorship Packages
• Event Promotions
• Artist Promotion Packages
• Press Release Distribution
• Social Media Marketing
• Video Production Services
• Custom Marketing Campaigns

Refunds will not be granted based on advertising performance, business results, scheduling conflicts, changes in business operations, or customer decisions to discontinue participation.

Marketing and advertising outcomes vary among businesses and industries.

While iGlobal Radio works diligently to maximize audience exposure, we do not guarantee:

• Sales
• Revenue Growth
• Customer Leads
• Website Traffic
• Event Attendance
• Social Media Engagement
• Business Expansion
• Return on Investment (ROI)

Advertising services are promotional opportunities and should not be interpreted as guaranteed business outcomes.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Clients who have concerns regarding advertising services may submit a written grievance for review.

To facilitate a prompt investigation, please provide:

• Description of the Concern
• Supporting Documentation

Our team will review all submissions and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Submission of a grievance does not suspend payment obligations or create a right to a refund.

Before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or banking dispute, customers agree to first contact iGlobal Radio and utilize the grievance process outlined above.

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with iGlobal Radio may be subject to:

• Immediate account suspension
• Termination of services
• Collection proceedings
• Recovery of attorney fees
• Recovery of administrative costs
• Recovery of collection expenses

Under no circumstances shall iGlobal Media Group LLC, iGlobal Radio, Power 97.5 LA, Vegas Radio, their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from advertising services.

The maximum liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific advertising service at issue.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising from advertising services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, arbitration costs, court costs, and collection expenses.

By purchasing advertising services, accepting a complimentary trial, authorizing a marketing campaign, approving advertising content, or allowing a trial period to expire without cancellation, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• ✓ These terms have been read and understood.
• ✓ Trial advertising services automatically continue unless canceled before the expiration date.
• ✓ The customer is responsible for monitoring trial expiration dates.
• ✓ The customer accepts responsibility for all fees associated with the selected advertising package.
• ✓ Advertising fees are non-refundable.
• ✓ Advertising results are not guaranteed.
• ✓ The customer agrees to the grievance, dispute resolution, and arbitration procedures outlined herein.
