No Refund Policy

iGlobal Radio Nationwide Talent Showcase

The iGlobal Radio Nationwide Talent Showcase is committed to providing a professional live performance experience for independent artists. Because participation requires advance planning, venue reservations, production scheduling, staffing, marketing, and other non-recoverable expenses, all registration fees and related payments are subject to the following policy.

Non-Refundable Payments

All registration fees, performance package fees, deposits, entry fees, sponsorship payments, vendor fees, advertising purchases, promotional packages, travel packages, and other payments made to iGlobal Media USA, LLC and/or iGlobal Radio are final and non-refundable.

By registering for the iGlobal Radio Nationwide Talent Showcase, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are made voluntarily and are considered earned upon receipt to secure your participation and cover administrative and production costs.

Artist Cancellation

If a participant cancels, withdraws, fails to appear, misses a scheduled performance, or is unable to attend for any reason—including illness, travel delays, weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or any other circumstance—no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued unless required by applicable law.

Removal or Disqualification

Participants who are removed from the Showcase or disqualified for violating the Official Rules, Code of Conduct, venue policies, or applicable laws are not entitled to a refund of any fees or payments previously made.

Event Changes

iGlobal Radio reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, performance times, judges, hosts, production elements, or other event details when reasonably necessary.

Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If a Showcase event is postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, public health concerns, government actions, labor disputes, technical failures, or other force majeure events, registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled event. Refunds will not be issued solely because of a postponement or rescheduling.

Event Cancellation

If iGlobal Radio cancels an event and does not reschedule it, iGlobal Radio may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

• Transfer the participant's registration to another Showcase event;
• Provide a credit toward a future iGlobal Radio event; or
• Offer another remedy as determined appropriate by iGlobal Radio.

Except where required by law, cash refunds are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Participants agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for fees that are subject to this No Refund Policy.

If a chargeback is initiated without a valid legal basis, iGlobal Radio reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation, deny future registrations, recover collection costs, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

Acknowledgment

By submitting payment and registering for the iGlobal Radio Nationwide Talent Showcase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy and understand that all payments are final.
