TLC Salt N Pepa En Vogue tour news is thrilling ’90s music fans everywhere. The legendary hip-hop and R&B groups are officially going on the road together. Salt-N-Pepa and TLC announced their first-ever co-headlining tour. En Vogue will also join them as special guests. The massive concert series is perfectly named: The It’s Iconic Tour.
The It’s Iconic Tour brings three of the most famous girl groups to arenas across the country. Fans will get to hear massive hits like “Shoop,” “No Scrubs,” and “Free Your Mind” all in one night.
Cheryl “Salt” James promised the show will be crazy. “We’re doing the whole mixtape type of vibe, like, the coming in and out,” she explained. Cindy Herron from En Vogue added that the show will be a true “feast for the audience” because this exact lineup has never toured together before.
The three groups recently celebrated the news by performing together at the iHeartRadio Music Awards on March 26. Now, they are getting ready for their big summer road trip.
The tour starts on Saturday, August 15. The first show will be at the FirstBank Amphitheater in Franklin, Tennessee. The tour will then travel across the United States. It officially ends on Sunday, October 11, at the Toyota Pavilion in Concord, California.
During a recent interview, the ladies praised each other’s legacies. Terry Ellis of En Vogue called the groups legends who show real power and strength. These women have also maintained amazing relationships with their loyal fans for decades. This is a very different vibe from the modern celebrity problems we covered when Eric Benét calls out Chappell Roan over fan drama.
General ticket sales began on March 26, so fans should check the Live Nation website to grab their seats quickly!
